Feature request: Mount vault in armory spinnaker and consume Vault Secrets inside run script

Hi Team, The below features would help us in a lot of ways

1. Access Docker images Directly from Docker registry(similar to triggers)
2. Ability to access Vault Secrets inside the docker image consumed from Docker registry
3. Ability to pass multiple custom ENV parameters
4. The Docker container should be able to communicate to external network
