Instructions for set up ingress and SSL on Azure Cloud

Great job on providing the instructions on how to set up Ingress and SSL for AWS EKS and GCP. 
However, our company is using Azure Cloud and could not find similar instructions. Please do provide similar instructions. Thank you very much.
