Grizzly Ceilometer #1

Hello Aurynn,
I am using ceilometer 2013.1.3, but i have some problems getting artifice to run the "usage" command. I believe I may have found a problem with running artifice agains the Grizzly version of Ceilometer.
In https://github.com/aurynn/openstack-artifice/blob/master/artifice/interface.py#L270 artifice expects a "links" property to be present on resources when listing them from Ceilometer. This is not available in Grizzly, but introduced in Havana:

In https://github.com/aurynn/openstack-artifice/blob/master/README.md#requirements it says artifice should be working on Grizzly.
