Bad performance in parks with many messages #2

I opened the plugin in a park at in game year 46 and was hit with a massive performance hit. The fps went from 60 to less than 1.

I'm not familiar with how OpenRCT2 plugins work but if feasible a potential fix would be to limit the amount of messages loaded at once, or to reduce the rate at which messages are reloaded.
