Tool cannot differentiate between PRs that contain commits not made by the user who merged the PR #7
Description
This PR contains 5 commits from @kwasi and 6 commits from @avdaredevil https://github.com/kubeflow/metadata/pull/159/commits.
This manifests in incorrect attribution for the review count and the submission count since the reviewer of the PR is reviewing their own code, and the submitter is being attributed with code that they didn't commit and branched from.
