Too many variables for admin to handle

This is an easy change to make however, I recommend against it. For one, teachers would be able to create admin accounts or teacher accounts. We could block that as well, but I think the more holistically good approach would either be to:

1. Set specific teacher's as admin as you expect them to take on extra responsibilities
2. Create a new Class Leader role, that can do some limited admin things, and it'd be the point of contact for a class.

We should discuss.

I think admin should definitely be the only ones who can add teachers and admins.

I'm picturing a perfect storm scenario where the class leader is out and there is a trial student and all admins are MIA. But maybe we don't even want to give trial students accounts. Also, operations currently manually sends clients information before class so it wouldn't be a big deal to build student account creation into that setup.

What are your concerns with teachers being able to add new students?
