choppy audio when testing nova_sonic_simply.py

When testing nova_sonic_simply.py on windows 11 (with python 3.12.10), the bot response is quite choppy. I have tried to increase the CHUNK_SIZE in audio configuration, but it does not help. Please let me know if this is known issue or anything need to be tuned.
