Update the blog post

Hello Ian, I'm currently following this [blog](https://aws.amazon.com/blogs/machine-learning/distributed-training-with-amazon-eks-and-torch-distributed-elastic/) to create a distributed learning. I think there are some outdated instructions and I'm struggling with it. Can you please help me to update it please?
