Custom authentication HTTP header name for header authentication

Hi, qext is a nice tool, we find it quite useful. May the serverConfig part be extended so the header authentication is using a different HTTP header name than 'hdr-usr'? We already have some setup in place, so it'd be nice to have qext be more configurable
