Add an approaching ZERO tone or beeps #35
Description
I have seen on other DROs where as you get close to "0.0000" on the DRO, it begins to start beeping and then a solid tone for when you are reach "0.0000" (plus or minus .0005"). This should be something that can be enabled or disabled for each scale.
