Lowercase headers otherwise could end up with multiple headers with different casing #53
Description
We should lowercase the headers in origin simulator, in the recipe and any headers we add onto the response. It has been seen previously whereby we had a cache control header in the recipe and one was added onto the response. They had different casing and we ended up with multiple headers. If we lowercase all headers, it should result in only one header of that name.
