load docs into a new instance

the zknotes docs are in my instance, but it would be nice if they were loaded into a new instance automatically.

• pull the current doc versions from my instance and store in the repo as files.
• optionally load those into a new instance
• also keep existing instances up to date. so a migration?

right now I'm thinking this will use a sync method which is not yet written, to allow pulling docs from other instances.
