[IMPROVEMENT] Unique Daily Channel

Improvement Description

As it stands right now, users can set the DAILY channel to other custom channels as well. This should not be the case. It should be unique, and it should not work in reverse as well.

Requires beanbeanjuice/cafeBot-api#93 to be completed.
