figma-like commenting

To preface: I believe that designers and developers are still the people who should be making updates to products and websites as of today.

With that being said, I do want the ability to be able to have other contributors to a project leave comments for opinions directly on Canvas within prototypes. Just like they would in Figma.

I completely understand that this might not be relevant for agentation itself, but I think there's a lot of reused elements from this tool that could be used for this purpose.

An example of how this workflow could work:

• Designer shares a prototype/v1 with other stakeholders
• Stakeholders leave comments on the prototype
• Stakeholder comments are visible to the designer
• Designer can then use their own taste and judgment to decide which comments are worth tackling
• These comments coming from stakeholders should not affect the design or update the code
• These are just comments being shared like feedback would be directly in Figma

As of today I am creating prototypes and then screenshotting them so that we can leave comments directly in Figma because the benefit is worth the hassle. But I think that there's a lot of room for this to be improved upon.

If this doesn't fit the scope of what should be included in Agentation, I will likely be creating a separate solution. But I do believe it's worth having a discussion with other people who understand the design feedback process and how that usually gets into implementation.

I genuinely don't believe that this needs to be a core aspect of Agentation as it sits today but could likely be a very similar experience. As I mentioned before there are many areas whether that's UI , interaction, or even how feedback is saved that would likely be able to be reused from this tool to create this commenting tool.

This is something we're actively thinking about and have playing around with since we shipped v1. Should hopefully have some updates soon!
