[Feature Proposal] Chrome Extension version - ready to contribute

Hi Benji!

I've been using Agentation and think it's brilliant — the "point at problems, not code" approach is exactly what AI-assisted development needs.

What I Built

I created a Chrome Extension version of Agentation that works on any website without requiring npm installation. This makes it useful for:

• Designers/PMs giving feedback on staging sites
• Debugging production issues
• Quick annotations on any web app (not just your own codebase)

Features implemented:

• Click-to-annotate with CSS selector extraction
• Numbered markers on annotated elements
• Animation pause toggle
• Markdown output (copy to clipboard)
• Settings panel (marker color, output detail level)
• Glassmorphism UI matching your dark theme

Proposal

I'd love to contribute this to Agentation officially rather than publish it separately. Options I see:

1. Add to this repo - I can PR the extension code as a /extension directory
2. Separate official repo - agentation-extension under your account, I help maintain
3. You take the code - I transfer everything, you publish to Chrome Web Store

I'm flexible on attribution — happy to be listed as a contributor or not at all. The goal is to expand Agentation's reach while respecting your work and the PolyForm Shield license.

I'm not following why this project needs to be a React library. Seems like a great use case for browser extension.

What am I missing?

I've had it wrapped in a Chrome extension locally for a few days and it's been working great.
Just opened a PR to add it for everyone: #121
