Wiki - Updates for cypress 10+, fixes, and improvements

The current Installation and Configuration sections of the wiki don't apply to cypress v10 or later.

I've cloned the wiki repository (https://github.com/bigbite/wp-cypress.wiki.git) and changed the following:

• Updated Installation and Configuration sections to contain information about cypress 10 or later
• Created a new Legacy-Cypress.md file (_Sidebar.md also links to it), which contains information about older versions of cypress (v9 or earlier)

In addition, a few smaller changes:

• Fixed typos / minor grammar mistakes
• Added missing commas
• Minor formatting fixes/improvements
• Proper punctuation — em dash in place of a hyphen
• Fixed inconsistent naming (WP-Cypress and WP_Cypress → WP Cypress)
• Fixed inconsistent types (i.e. string[] instead of number[]) when mentioning WordPress versions

Unfortunately, GitHub doesn't support opening a PR for a wiki. So, I've pushed the updated wiki to my own fork.
