It now installed. But its stuck in an update loop

It now installed. But its stuck in an update loop

To get out of the update loop, I added update-on-exit 100 to the app.cfg file, and once it started, I made sure to disable updates in the settings.

I just got the exact same issue on Kubuntu 25.10
I also tried the no runtime package with no luck either.
