Better error handling for getmedia.py

getmedia.py sometimes times out or gets a socket error. The code should be able to handle these kinds of errors and continue, but right now, the script crashes.

Another thing that needs to be addressed:
Sometimes getmedia gets stuck (either on a particular media file or in processing a particular file of tweets, not sure which) without moving forward or throwing an error -- it's just frozen. Need to add a timeout counter and catch to getmedia.
