LandingPage: shared appInstance, browser missing

1. login to chat3 as user A
2. share instance instance1 to user B
3. login to chat3 as user B
4. user B should see instance1's browsers -- failed
5. user A add new browsers under instance1
6. user B should see these new browsers -- failed
7. user A add new instance2, and share it to user B
8. user B should see instance2 -- failed

In landingPage, src/controllers/app.coffee, shareAppInstance event is listened

        appConfig.addEventListener 'shareAppInstance', (appInstanceConfig) ->
            $scope.safeApply -> appInstanceMgr.add(appInstanceConfig)

While for appInstanceMgr, only the instance itself is added.
