create addon for website_blog to filter blog posts

Goal

For an ongoing project we need an addon that can filter blog posts in the blog post overview by three different criteria:

• blog post count per page
• filter by year
• filter latest vs. oldest articles

Criteria

• implement filters at the top of the blog posts list
• all filters should be html5 select elements
• number of blog posts per page: options should be:
  ** 5/10/15/20
• filter by year could possibly use the current archive feature of odoo
• blog post order (latest vs. oldest) should use the create date
