[DOCS] Naming: How to publish a custom agent on GitHub?

From the docs and the LiCENSE I'm not clear how to publish (in a GitHub repo) my custom agents.

The builder creates files with a "bmad-" prefix, but that may be taken to suggest that they are official, BMAD extensions, which they are not. My understanding of the LICENSE is that this would not be okay.

So – what is the right way to do it?
