Installation of MarkupSafe #2
Description
MarkupSafe breaks with the latest setuptools making it impossible to install. It seems like there is a module named "feature" which is removed in the current versions but we need it for the project.

Solution:
Modify the requirements with:
**setuptools 45.3.0**
