Gui mod B to facilitate back end interfacing 

We need the following functionality added to the front end to facilitate the back end interface

B) When the front end receives the message "file" followed by the brn data, followed by "done", save the brain file uploaded from the back end and load it into the new window. Then be in a state ready to play.
