Error in node edit window display

When selecting a node to edit, edit window appears on the left (great). If you then select another node to edit, the details appears on the left but below the first selected node details. And I believe if you select another node to edit it appears below the latter ( cant quite tell cos its all off screen). The should be only one edit window and this should refer to the last selected node.
