The "Permission request error: java.lang.IllegalStateException: Tried to use permissions API while not attached to an Activity" is a common Android React Native issue when requesting permissions (like Bluetooth/location) too early in the app lifecycle, before the Activity is fully attached.

Permission requests (via PermissionsAndroid or native modules) fail if called in componentDidMount() without delay, on app cold start.

Fix Steps

1. Delay the request: Use setTimeout in componentDidMount or useEffect:
