Feature comparison table between Brioche and similar tools #47

Split off from brioche-dev/brioche#276
For potential users, it'd be nice to have a comparison table showing the differences between Brioche and other similar tools (a few potential candidates: Nix, Homebrew, Tangram, asdf, mise-en-place). Currently, it'll be helpful to let users know what things that should / shouldn't expect today. Longer term, it could also be helpful to give an idea what niche Brioche intends to fill, by comparing to other tools.
Initially, Brioche will probably not have as many features compared to the others! But this could also be a good place to also track planned future work by linking to open GitHub issues (especially issues looking for contributors)
