Send discourse invite email when user signs up to hackspace #3
Description
When a user signs up to hackspace and their fob is registered, they should:
- receive an automated invite email from discourse that links the fob ID to their discourse email in the mgmt database.
- likely to require polling the discourse API until the user has signed up.
