outputs.edge-path not set when Edge is already installed in correct version

Setup-edge fails installing edge, when edge is already installed in the specified version. It then does not set outputs.edge-path.
I would expect it to always set outputs.edge-path, especially when the correct version is installed and the path known, because path and version are tested by setup-edge.
