Auto-hide old Locust summaries

Is there a way to auto-hide old Locust summaries when a new one is posted to the PR? Here's an example PR.

Hopefully this goes some way towards reducing any noise that Locust might be creating on PRs.

We are working on a Bugout feature where, instead of automatically getting these summaries, you can ask for them when you need them (e.g. on large PRs) by making a comment like:

@bugout-dev summarize
