Locust only shows changes to Python files, but it would be useful to see at least number of lines changed in *any* file. #45
Description
This can be a little bit confusing when viewing a locust summary, because it differs from what GitHub says about number of files changed.
locust.git already contains a lot of this information in its output. That's probably a good starting point for this issue.
