Suggestion: when a tournament finishes, post to a fixed Forum:Tournament thread #3084

I have a suggestion.
When a tournament finishes, a standardized text could automatically appear in a standard forum thread. The thread could be called "Tournament Results" and the message could be something simple like: "Tournament 14 has completed. The winner is Limax!"
This solves a problem that users are having to keep track of tournament completions in the Tournament Stats thread.
