Add language examples to CI

Ensuring that the language examples always build in CI for every PR is probably something we can do pretty easily -- it would be a good idea to have the automation in place.

This would also help if we went towards building releases of the individual projects as well.

Note that after #270 merges, the only example left to cover under CI will be the Jco example
