Minimal Reproduction

1. Create a Live Activity with Voltra.Timer component
2. Set startAtMs/endAtMs and direction="up" or "down"
3. Start the Live Activity
4. Lock phone and observe timer on lock screen
5. Timer shows frozen value, doesn't count

Expected: Timer counts live like SwiftUI's Text(timerInterval:)
Actual: Timer frozen until app manually updates Live Activity
