As of 2025-10-23, CIP-0078 eliminated all fees for Canton Coin transfers and locks. This means that unfeatured apps do not receive any rewards, because their AppRewardCoupon weight is zero. |

What happens to ValidatorRewardCoupon post cip-078 approval? Will it still be rewarded for CC transfers (call to AmuletRules_Transfer)? |
