HSTS trouble -> serve IDE with TLS

My Cafienne IDE won't load in my regular browser unless I clear the HSTS cache, since I load other websites (under development on localhost) with TLS (https).

So my proposal is to add https endpoints to the default starter configuration:

• Cafienne Generic UI: http://localhost:28080
• Cafienne IDE environment: http://localhost:2081
• Cafienne API (exposed through Swagger): http://localhost:2027
• MailCatcher web UI: http://localhost:1080
