Deployment of a new model does not work

Steps to reproduce:

• spin up the cafienne-postgres docker environment (on a Mac)
• Go to the swagger API of cafienne (http://localhost:2027)
• Login (authorise)
• Go to deploy a case model (http://localhost:2027/#/repository/deployModel)
• Deploy a new model

Response is 405, without explanation.

Next to that fact that deployment should work, we could add an error message on what to fix to get it working. Maybe that is in the log messaging. Is there a way to set the loglevels from the docker-compose ? (or at least outside the container)

On the last point of logging: It is possible to change the logback settings for a running docker container of the engine (without needing to restart the container).
We need to get this documented better.
