The varying length of German phone numbers

German phone numbers can have different lengths

The point is that the package only supports numbers in the format +49 30 1234 5678
However, there are users whose phone numbers have 7 digits at the end, not 8

The package also supports adding alternative masks when you need. I physically can't support all possible numbers. You can use addAlternativePhoneMasks method or fix the masks and make a pull request, I'll merge it.
Right now I don't need any german numbers in any of my projects
