For SEND112.1 we will need an operator "define_variable_has_method" like the already existing "define_variable_has_comment" and "define_variable_has_codelist".
P.S. in define.xml "MethodOID" is on "ItemRef", not on "ItemDef".

several things go into a PR for this kind of issue: MetaVariables.md & metavariables.json needs updating, Rule_type.MD also, the various builders that use this in cdisc_rules_engine/datasetbuilers/x, then test cases for the builders in tests/unit that now have the new metadata
