CLI v.0.9.3 execution error when a non-standard codelist term includes the def:ExtendedValue="Yes" attribute

CLI v.0.9.3 index out of range execution error when a non-standard codelist term includes the def:ExtendedValue="Yes" attribute.

See define_xml_reader_2_1.py, get_extensible_codelist_mappings.

Note: I tested with a revised define.xml document by removing the incorrectly provided attribute and it worked. However, that should be part of a separate validation rule and not an execution error.

I dont'know if it was happening with prior versions.

@mhungria this error is not occurring because of the extensible value:

                if hasattr(item, "ExtendedValue") and item.ExtendedValue == "Yes":

the indexerror in your logs suggest this is related to your Alias value in the define.

can you post the Define that you are having this issue with so I can adjust the handling? If you cant post it, you could email it to me if that is preferable

Here is the CLI command I just tested again (linux, engine 0.14.2), plus the Define-XML document I used:
