GC0320 execution error

I'm getting the following error for all datasets included when testing the draft CG0320 rule.

"error": "An unknown exception has occurred",
"message": "cannot access local variable 'ds_metadata' where it is not associated with a value"

Here is the zip file with all artifacts attached tested in the rule editor.

this is likely an error in DatasetMetadataDefineDatasetBuilder as ds_metadata is an intermediate variable in that file
