DD0072: Missing Origin

Currently in both define-360i.json/.xml, only when it its at value-level, would there be "origin" (type and source), but it is not available at variable-level.

@sherry-chou Variables' metadata come from the CDISC Library API and "Origin" is not an attribute that is available. On the other hand, VLM metadata come from the Biomedical Concepts that contains the "Origin" attribute. That explain why we have Origin for the VLM and not for the Variables.

Makes sense it comes from SDTM DSS, but it's missing for some.
e.g., IT.AE.AETERM should have according SDTM DSS
