finding biomes by climate

create a public static method in the biome class that takes a set of climate variables like "high" "low" and "medium" for temperature elevation and humidity then returns an array of all the biomes that fit that climate in the all biomes array

this will be very helpful later when we have multiple biomes that fit one climate zone area thing and we need to decide which one to chose
