there seems to be some path issue, when I run I get:
unzip: cannot find or open All_Geographies_Not_Tracts_Block_Groups.zip, All_Geographies_Not_Tracts_Block_Groups.zip.zip or All_Geographies_Not_Tracts_Block_Groups.zip.ZIP.
