useradd -l being copied over, but not needed for Busybox

The useradd -l (--no-log-init) argument is being passed through to the converted adduser command but Busybox does not support it.  In fact, as far as I can tell, Busybox does not do any lastlog or faillog logging so it's not needed.

Maybe we should remove but add a comment about it's removal?
