Automatically create an issue in translations repo when a metric is updated (github actions) #39
Description
Refer to this approach. This is what we are following right now to give a heads up to the translations team whenever we have a new update in the metrics and/or focus-area.
An alternate way could be to use github actions bot to automate the issue creation and labeling process in the translation repo.
