On upgrade Cherokee webpage, or at least the documentation section

If I start working on a documentation section using any app that can create static code, can that be added to the project webpage?

I'm not a web developer but I can work on getting that done so people don't think this project is dead because of too many broken links.

I think the website lives somewhere here. So please give it a first try (no more than an hour work) to see if we can actually update it.
