TTS.nvim should use speech dispatcher #1
Description
Many people are using Orca as the TTS for accessibility purposes. Using built in solutions directly may provide better cross platform compatibility, but really it should be communicating with Orca / Speech Dispatcher to use per-configured user settings. Without fitting into currently existing accessibility frameworks, TTS.nvim simply is less usable.
Particularly, ORCA integration allows for the automatic updating of Braille displays, which is quite useful for the blind.
