Fix styling issues

There are a few styling issues in the app currently, especially on rich text sections, such as the privacy policy page, where the list element has no styles:

The logo in the header being slightly cut off at the bottom, and having no :hover style:

And the package description not taking the full width of its container:

Also, I think the headers in the inner pages don't look very good without a background. It works in the home page because it creates a greater contrast between the header and the package cards, but in the inner pages, such as the package page, I think it would look better with a white background:
