Append more than one models to a single model

I split up the data and train more than one models.And now i want to load
all models into single model for testing one new image but i am stuck and
unable to solve the problem.Could you please suggest me something useful.

Ok now that you have got many different models the only thing you can do is a tedious job of running the image that you want to classify through all those different models and find out which model gives out the highest accuracy and under which label!
Thou this is not feasible and not a good approach and also since you are unable to look into Transfer Learning, go with this approach.
