Subject: [PATCH] Fix configuring services link

This page seems to have been deleted: https://docs.cloudfoundry.org/buildpacks/java/spring-service-bindings.html
I'm not sure where this should link, but I've proposed https://docs.cloudfoundry.org/devguide/services as a possible fix.
